The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported on its web site in 3th july that, despite a drop of nearly 2%, gross revenue from the play of slot machines topped $2.4 billion for the second straight Fiscal Year. The state Senate approved a bill Saturday morning that will permit four casinos, NYS News reported. The bill now needs to be signed into law by Gov. Andrew Cuomo and must face a public referendum, the report said. The proposed casinos will be built in upstate New York likely the Catskills and Saratoga Springs-Albany areas, while two video lottery parlors will be located on Long Island, NYS News reported.
