In Canada, gambling has a long history, but the first regulations were implemented 120 years ago. The first consignment regarding this segment appeared within the Penal Code that in 1892 would forbid all the activities within this domain, excepting the horse race. Through a certain section, “contravention against religion, ethics and public comfort” attached to the legislation, the Canadian govern would forbid almost all types of gambling.
